What to Expect
When Workday goes live on July 1, you'll receive a launch email that includes a checklist of important actions and training materials for common Workday tasks. We will also offer optional training webinars (e.g., requesting time off, view pay slip) on July 1 and July 7. Sessions will be recorded if you're unable to attend.
IMPORTANT: Paycor will remain available after Workday launches for access to historical pay stubs and W-2 forms.
Required Actions After Launch
All employees need to complete a few important tasks after Workday goes live on July 1:
- By July 10: Confirm that your direct deposit information and federal/state tax elections were imported correctly.
- By July 31: Re-enter any approved time off scheduled for July 1 or later, as future PTO cannot be transferred from Namely. If you need time off during this period, obtain manager approval and enter the dates in Workday after launch.
Thank you for your cooperation as we complete this important transition. We are excited to bring Workday to Collegium and provide a more modern, connected experience.
