I am pleased to announce that Carolyn Schneider will be taking on the role of Vice President, Corporate Strategy, reporting to Jane Gonnerman, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, effective immediately.

As Collegium continues to evolve, this newly created role will help drive enterprise strategy, strengthen execution, and ensure we remain focused on our most important growth priorities. In this role, Carolyn will lead key enterprise initiatives, including the following near-term priorities:

	Advancing our AI strategy by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to improve how we work, make decisions, and create value through the effective use of AI.
	Developing a vision and roadmap for Enterprise Analytics, in partnership with the Enterprise Analytics leadership team, to expand our capabilities and effectiveness across all data, analytics and insights across the organization.

Carolyn has had a significant impact as Chief of Staff and through her leadership of the AZSTARYS integration, consistently demonstrating strong strategic judgment, thoughtful leadership, and a deep understanding of our business.
