What to Expect
When Workday goes live on July 1, you'll receive a launch email that includes a checklist of important actions and training materials for common Workday tasks. We will also offer optional training webinars (e.g., requesting time off, view pay slip) on July 1 and July 7. Sessions will be recorded if you're unable to attend.
IMPORTANT: Paycor will remain available after Workday launches for access to historical pay stubs and W-2 forms.
Required Actions After Launch
All employees need to complete a few important tasks after Workday goes live on July 1:
 |
By July 10: Confirm that your direct deposit information and federal/state tax elections were imported correctly. |
 |
By July 31: Re-enter any approved time off scheduled for July 1 or later, as future PTO cannot be transferred from Namely. If you need time off during this period, obtain manager approval and enter the dates in Workday after launch. |
Thank you for your cooperation as we complete this important transition. We are excited to bring Workday to Collegium and provide a more modern, connected experience.
