To each project engagement, Tim brings uncommon candor, insight, and an unfailing loyalty to a client\u2019s value proposition and future success. Tim received his formal design training in architecture, having received a Master of Architecture from Yale University in 1996 and a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University in 1988. Prior to co-founding D&CO, Tim practiced architecture in Boston\u2019s most reputable design firms. As Design Principal at D&CO, the firm has received 18 regional and two national communication awards from the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and an American Graphic Design Award from Graphic Design\/USA.<\/p>\n

In addition to extensive consulting experience, Jennifer has served as head of communications at multiple life science companies, where she was responsible for all investor- and media-related strategy development and implementation, and as a sellside analyst at Merrill Lynch, where she followed the mid-cap and specialty pharmaceutical sector. Jennifer received a BA in Biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she made Dean's List and was selected for membership in the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.<\/p>\n

He began his career as an advertising copywriter at RadioShack, ultimately rising to director of corporate communications. He shifted to the ad agency scene, with decades of award-winning results in advertising, culture building, media relations, and marketing. He has written for all forms of media. Scott earned his BA in Marketing from TCU and is a frequent guest lecturer on branding for the MBA programs at Baylor University, Tulane University, and TCU.<\/p>\n
