Our small batch American Straight Bourbon is aged over four years and bottled at 100 PROOF to honor the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. This unique single barrel release, crafted with patience and precision, is a rare pour meant to be savored and shared.
Ingredients
60% corn, 20% malted red winter wheat, 15% rye, 5% malted barley. Pot-distilled and aged for no less than 4 years in charred American white oak barrels.

Tasting Notes
On the Nose Deep aromas of caramelized sugar and toasted oak with subtle hints of dried cherry and nutmeg.
On the Palate Robust and warming; butterscotch, caramel and toffee.
Finish Short but complex, with more dried fruit notes and subtle allspice, burnt sugar.
