The proposed project will consist of full depth roadway reconstruction and resurfacing, new sidewalk construction, re-alignment of McCracken Rd., the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Greenwood St. and McCracken Rd., and enhanced bicycle and pedestrian accommodations. Other work will include traffic signal upgrades, installation of a new closed drainage system, water line replacement, sanitary sewer installation, utility adjustments, improved roadway signage, wetland replication, bridge widening, retaining walls, and pavement delineation/striping for vehicles, bicyclists and pedestrians traveling through the McCracken Rd. corridor.
