The Hub on Causeway is composed of a six-story structural steel podium that supports three towers and is constructed over a four-level, 800 car underground parking garage as well as several MBTA subway tunnels. The podium includes over 200,000sf of retail space, 140,000sf of creative office space, a supermarket, and several entertainment venues. It also includes Champions Row, the soaring new entrance befitting of this Boston landmark. The 500ft Residential Tower is a reinforced concrete structure with rooftop pool and an adjoining 200-key Hotel Tower. The 660,000sf Office Tower over the east podium is a structural steel building featuring unique cantilevered spaces on four sides and a distinctive, architecturally exposed steel truss at the top of the building.
