A principal Upton+Partners provided project management services for the luxury clubhouse and guest villas at a resort golf facility owned by Wayne Huizenga. The golf course site was developed as an environmentally sensitive open space park with protected wetlands, bird sanctuaries, native plant species and innovative storm water management.
