LeMessurier provided peer-review enclosure services for Flansburgh Architects over the course of design of the Gilder Center at Northfield Mount Hermon School. Over DD and pre-CD phases, design documents were reviewed, summarized thoughts and sketches shared, and then collaboratively discussed over conference calls. Discussion involved attachments of various cladding systems through exterior insulation, sealant strategies between stone and rainscreen assemblies, options for materials that provided enhanced thermal breaks, and subsurface coatings for protection against the elements.
