ABOUT

Bridget Stone, Medicine Woman

I work at the intersection of frequency, ceremony, embodiment, and nature — creating conditions for coherence and a return to our natural resonant frequency.

In these spaces where the body recognizes its innate rhythm and life reorganizes itself, transformation occurs.

"Who could be so lucky? Who comes to the lake for water and sees the reflection of the moon."
- Rumi

OFFERINGS

Individual Sessions & Intentional Ceremonies

1:1 Coherence Session

This session is a life-informed, personalized, and integrative process shaped by deep listening and attunement to what is present. The physical experience of being human is not sidelined in pursuit of energetic alignment — it is included, honored, and integrated.

Sound anchors the session as the primary organizing force, offering the body coherent frequencies it can use to regulate, reorganize, and restore balance. From this center, additional modalities are integrated or inform what is emerging. No two sessions are the same, each unfolding as a collaborative and responsive process.

Sessions take place in my Waitsfield Village studio or via Zoom. They are intentionally spacious, lasting between 60 and 90 minutes to allow the process to unfold organically.

Ceremony

Ceremony is one of the oldest technologies humans have for navigating change and gathering with purpose. In this age of the internet and AI, we are yearning for real connection in community. It’s part of our DNA: across cultures and millenia, ritual has been used to mark thresholds as a way of creating a container where intention and presence allow evolution to unfold. I offer carefully held and trauma-aware experiences that support individual growth and expansion.

Offerings Include: Weddings & Conscious Union / Birth, Death & Transition Support / Home & Land Clearing / Overnight Gong Bath Puja

Classes & Events

Rooted in the ancient technology of Kundalini yoga, my approach focuses on creating an alchemical container for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing to carry with you beyond the studio walls. At the foundation of each session are therapeutic kriyas (structured sequences) to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and embodied awareness. Rather than striving for flexibility or performance, these practices are oriented toward inclusion, resilience, presence, and inner peace.

Offerings Include: Kundalini Yoga / Yin Yoga / Retreats

“When I met you I felt some kind of magic around you. When I discovered that you were to give a sound bath, everything made sense. After the sound bath I was in tears and I knew that there was something else for me. I had been lying to myself and magically everything started to change, even when I thought I wasn't ready. Thank you. Your sound bath and your energy changed me forever and I feel more aligned. You are pure magic.”

“The Sound Journey hosted by Bridget is a truly wonderful experience and the community that gathered quickly felt like family. Her sound baths are always deeply soothing, and the gongs sent me on a cosmic voyage within. I emerged feeling reborn—the stress and tension I arrived with had dissolved and was replaced with feelings of joy, awe and trust.”

“Enough of us — across all of our differences — see that we have a world to remake.
We want to orient towards that possibility.
We want to meet what is hard and hurting.
We want to rise to what is beautiful and life-giving.
We want to do that where we live, and we want to do it walking alongside others.”
